Right of Withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded. A clear statement is sufficient, for example through a ticket in the customer panel.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, the provider will reimburse all payments received without undue delay and no later than fourteen days. The free base service generally involves no payments.
Early expiry
If the customer expressly asks for immediate performance before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed, the right expires upon full performance (sections 356(4) and 357a BGB).
