General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all contracts for the provision of TeamSpeak 3 servers between Protected Wave - a brand of UTRANET GbR, referred to below as the provider, and its customers.

2. Formation of the contract

By submitting a server request, the customer makes an offer. The contract is formed when the provider approves the request or makes the server available. The provider may reject requests.

3. Service

The provider supplies one virtual TeamSpeak 3 server with 64 slots as the base service. Provisioning usually takes place within 60 seconds after approval. The availability target is 99 percent on a yearly average. No service credit scheme applies.

4. Prices and payment

The service is free of charge. No payments or invoices are due.

5. Advertising

The provider may display advertising on free servers. Advertising revenue is used to finance the free service. The provider determines the type, extent and placement of the advertising.

6. Term, activity and termination

There is no fixed term. After prolonged inactivity, the provider may notify the customer and then stop, lock and, after a grace period, delete the server.

7. Customer obligations

The service must not be used unlawfully. Credentials must be kept confidential and abuse must be reported.

8. Liability

Liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. In all other cases, liability is limited in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions.

9. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. For merchants, the place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered office.
