2. Data processed

• Account data: name and email address (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
• Usage data: server logs containing IP addresses and timestamps (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), retained for 14 days
• Contract data: slots, server status and approval history
• Cookies: technically necessary session cookies only
• Analytics: anonymised usage data, such as paths viewed, event type, hashed IP and session ID, is stored on our own systems to improve the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No third-party trackers such as Google Analytics are used.
• Fonts: the website loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited). Your IP address may be transferred to Google (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in consistent presentation). Further information: Google Privacy Policy.

3. Recipients

Data is disclosed only where necessary to perform the contract, for example to a data-centre provider, or where required by law. Loading Google Fonts transfers data to Google as described in section 2.

4. Retention

Account and contract data is retained after the contract ends only where statutory retention duties require it.

5. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the LDI NRW.
